Pulp moulding

Markhorst MT-Series of pulp moulding machines has been designed for automated and flexible manufacture of pulp based packaging materials. These are ideal packaging for customer durable and technical products where reliable protection is required from environment-conscious materials.

The MT-machines produce packaging for a wide range of basic applications, at an attractive price level. With the appropriate tooling they can produce both thin- and heavy wall products. All machines are designed for easy operation and quick tool change, allowing for a flexible production planning.

Some applications require higher quality packaging in terms of aesthetics, handling and stacking. Markhorst VP hot afterpress machines will correct the deformations of conventional moulded products. Afterpressed products show correct shape and dimensions. The smoother surface allows printing on both sides with good result. Inmaco supplies any additional equipment needed.

 

Moulded pulp packaging

Moulded Pulp Packaging are produced from paper and cardboard waste. It is an ideal protective packaging material. It can be formed into complex shapes to absorb energy and to protect the product from shocks and vibrations. The packaging is easy to dispose of, because they are recyclable, biodegradable, do not produce indestructible rubbish and are not toxic if burnt. Moulded Pulp Packaging can be tailored for a wide range of use from industrial products and consumer durable to eggs and horticultural products.

Markhorst MT-System is the most suitable machine system for the production of cushion packaging and support packaging from moulded pulp. Inmaco now offers a range of pulp moulding machines:

• For conventional moulding with
• with capacities from 20 to 250 kg per hour
• with automatic or semi-automatic hot air drying system

• For conventionally moulded products with afterpressing.

 

 Afterpressing will improve shape and surface of the products. We supply a range of presses, from hydraulical hand-fed presses to fully automatic. high capacity mechanical presses.

MT 125

MT 250
