Cartoning machine

Inmaco has developped a new multi function cartoning machine. It automaticaly combines materials from various sources before packing them into folding boxes.
The first supplied cartoning machine, type DVS, features an assembly line for the manual packing of the chocolates into blisters, an automatic Inmaco Blister Denester, and at the end of the line a new Inmaco Trayloader TBS.
Blisters loaded with chocolates are aligned into a first indexing transport. Before being pushed horizontaly into the box, the blisters are covered with a paper cushion.
Folding boxes are being fed from a magazine, and placed into a second indexing transport. The blisters, with the chocolates and the paper cushion, are pushed into the boxes after which they are closed.
After passing a metal detector and checkweigher, the boxes are placed in trays by Inmaco's new Trayloader TBS.
