Cardboard lids

Paper cups and containers provide the natural packaging form for many products, mainly food like ice cream, fruit syrup, dried fruit, hot and cold drinks and many others. Paper cups and containers should be closed with a lid of the same material. Inmaco has developed the equipment to produce cardboard lids for all types and sizes of paper cup: • luxury ice creams • sugar syrup • cheeses and snacks • vent lids, for hot soups and noodles.
  • Deepformed Cardboard Lids
    A cost effective and simple solution for round and nonround containers; can be produced on the VP forming presses. 
  • One Piece Round Lids
    For smaller paper cups; are manufactured on the COBO/DSO/E. Starting from a plain cardboard disk, the COBO/DSO/E forms the One-Piece Lids, which provide a perfect, snap-fit on the bead of the cup, to create a mono-material packaging. 
  • Two Piece Round Lids
    For tapered and straight wall cardboard containers; are assembled on COBO/DSO/D, starting from spiral wound rings. 
  • Plug in lids
    are produced on the new LFM-P lid machine. The LFM-P is a stand alone production machine working from reel.
