Small cups for muffins can be formed with a triple die, delivering about 100 products per minute. Larger products like trays for pizza are produced in single line, and can have a diameter of up to 440 mm.
The VP20R is available in two versions.
The VP20R-CF is designed for thin paper and standard design products.
The VP20R-CCF comes with an additional creasing station, required for heavier paper and for more complex products, curled rim etc.
